- 45 lb Mixing Capacity: The 22.5L filling capacity allows for processing meat batches. Actual capacity depends on meat size and additional ingredients like water or vegetables.
- Uniform Distribution: A manual hand crank rotates the internal paddles to distribute herbs, spices, and seasonings throughout the meat product.
- Dual-Mode Operation: This unit operates with the included hand crank. It can also be connected to a Hakka TC12-body motor (sold separately) for electric operation.

- Tilting Tub: The tank is designed to tilt, allowing for the loading of ingredients and the removal of finished mixtures into containers.
- All-Metal Gears: The internal gear system is constructed from metal to handle the resistance of meat mixtures during the manual mixing process.
- Base Construction: The unit features a stainless steel frame with rubber feet to reduce movement during operation. The base includes holes for surface mounting to a worktable.
