Hakka Electric Meat Grinder, 550W, 350 lbs/h Stainless Steel Food Mincer

The 550W motor provides steady grinding power and processes up to approximately 350 lb of meat per hour under suitable conditions. This high-output capacity helps reduce preparation time in butcher shops, restaurants, delis, hunting kitchens, and other high-volume meat-processing environments.

Two stainless steel grinding plates provide different meat textures for a variety of recipes. Use the 6mm plate for a finer grind or the 8mm plate for a coarser texture suitable for sausage filling, burgers, chili, meatloaf, meatballs, and other prepared meat products.

The food-contact grinder head is made from 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and repeated meat preparation, while the durable 201 stainless steel housing provides a strong commercial machine body. Smooth metal surfaces also make routine wiping and cleaning more convenient.

The Forward and Reverse switch provides better control during meat processing and helps release minor blockages without immediately disassembling the grinder head. A separate Reset button, built-in circuit breaker, and internal fuse provide additional protection if an overload occurs.

A built-in cooling fan helps manage motor temperature during repeated grinding sessions. The precision gear-drive system uses permanent lithium grease sealed inside the gearbox, eliminating the need for routine gearbox oiling while supporting steady power transfer.

The included 18mm stuffing tube allows the grinder to assist with preparing fresh homemade sausages after the meat has been ground and seasoned. The grinder head, auger, blade, plates, and feed components can be removed after use for more thorough cleaning and maintenance.
